Tasting Notes
A vibrant shimmering dark, deep red with blue notes. The nose of black cherry with hints of sassafras, all-spice, vanilla and white pepper opens in the glass and powers on, becoming very full and seductive. The rich wonderfully concentrated flavors of black cherry, red plum, all-spice, nutmeg and white pepper, fill the mouth and the great tannin structure carries the fruit and spice into the long, long finish.
